Appointment Cancellation Policy Hello, I am located in Houston, Texas. I am a license Lash Artist with 3 years of experience. I am currently accepting new clients but no foreign fills. All clients who book an appointment must save a bank card on file, otherwise your appointment will be decline. All clients must arrive with a clean face and lashes for best results. No make up, no mascara or lash strip glue on your lashes. You have a 15 minute grace period, if you're running later than 15 minutes late you will have to book a new appointment and pay 100% of the service that was already scheduled. I look forward to meeting you and making sure you have a great experience. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charge 50% of service for late cancellations and 100% for no shows / SAME DAY cancellations. I will not make any exceptions.
